The other day I watched a TED Talk and as almost always it was very good but what I noticed at the end struck me and this probably occurs all the time, I have likely been in an audience myself where a few seconds lapse between the end of the presentation and the applause and then I spy a gent in the crowd who half stands and then looks around to see if someone else is starting, he does then comes into a full upright position, the rest of the crowd follows fairly quickly. SO WHAT right! Well this brought me to connect it to the conservative PM we have and the recent disapproval of him by some cabinet members in general and some in direct relation to bill C-38. I can't even begin to tell you what details are in this omnibus. Probably few could, maybe the drafters of this heinous bill, that is neither you or I.    It is unfortunate that this is not a highly rated romp through a Kane/Finger Batman comic book fantasy where the bad guy is...

I have lived with this logo or one of it's previous incarnations for most of my life. Alberta has had a PC government for a very long time and in it's self that is not a bad thing but for the most part longevity brings with it a complacency.   Don Getty This is not so for the  PC's of Alberta Sure there was............. Then there was  Ed !  Not the most charismatic  leader the party  could have had and  there was a rustling in  the undergrowth of   rural Alberta.  It could be any sort of predator so the PC's needed a strong charismatic leader  to ward off the bitch wolf and her pack. So there is an ELECTION coming to our beloved province. As usual I am wondering who the candidates are??? ??? ??? To be fair if I registered with anyone party I could find out plenty about any one of the platforms but how much info can a simple fellow like myself get in order to make an informed choice without having to pledge allegiance to a specific party? I tried this a few years ago and recently had little luck in finding out much about the Wild Rose Party of Alberta  none the less I will try again.  That will be later as I will start with my favorite party!
