My Left Thumb

I'm back to work full time again and this means less time for writing.
I will try to keep those posts coming just a bit less frequently, the next post will be on Atheism.
Hope to have it out this week.
But the thumb is doing pretty good so that is a blessing to have to go back to full time not so much.
In honor of the thumb I am posting a pictorial history of My Left Thumb.
Not the first xray Hmm maybe it is.

Hi there here's a message to the youth of Canada.  Not all young people but those who seem confused and or disillusioned with the system or the candidates who are running in this next election. For this post I am going to leave out, as much as possible, the politics of our southern neighbor.   You might wonder a number of things the first one: Is going to vote even worth the time?  You will hear many older people say that your vote doesn't mean much because if you live anywhere but Ontario and Quebec it won't change the outcome!  True Ontario and Quebec have the majority of seats in the house of commons so when there is a majority of which ever party it is a sealed deal for the rest of Canada right?  Well although Ontario has a total of 122 seats you would still need 173 seats to have a majority. So Yes the voting in all of the other territories and provinces counts sometimes more sometimes less but count it does. I hope I have those numbers right....

My foot's outside the door

I want to take myself back a number of years but with the tech that I have now. It would be amazing also fraught with horrible turns.....ending up in an "Area 51" being examined by the "Man"!  What a fantasy and yet some would say that the tech we have now is from alien beings ! What I have to say about that is this. If aliens have been on earth for who knows how long, since the space time continuum is not fully understood by we humans, it is very possible that there are aliens among us and I would assume that they would be more technologically advanced and as such can make themselves known. Or Is this like a Dr. Who episode?  Perhaps their silence is a product of some evil or divine plan involving earth. So if we are fore warned we would screw up this plan?  Truthfully we know so little about the actual structure of the universe that truly anything is still possible. This was posted a while back and on my stats page it is always the most read.  This is becoming an exercise in learning what my stats counter is counting. Anyway I haven't read this post in some time and found it OK. Again an apology to those who have read it. I do want to see if the stat counter increases the page views of this post.
